The Retirement Plan is administered by a seven-member Board of
Administration composed of two City Council members, a member from
the Civil Service Commission, two Plan members, one from the Police
Department and one from the Fire Department, a member who has retired
under the provision of the Plan and a member who holds a position in the
City Administration at a level of Deputy Department Head or higher and who
has experience in the investment or management of public funds, retirement
funds, or institutional funds or endowment funds; in accordance with
Section 2.08.400 of the San Jose Municipal Code.

As of January 5, 2012, the members of the Board were as follows:

Sean Kaldor, Chair Fire Representative appointed to the Board in May 25, 2010. His current term expires November 30, 2011.

Richard Santos, Vice Chair Retiree Representative appointed to the Board in March 2011.

David Bacigalupi Retiree Representative appointed to the Board in January 20, 2009. His current term expires November 30, 2012.

Conrad Taylor Police Representative appointed to the Board in March 24, 2009. His current term expires November 30, 2013.

Sean Bill, Trustee Public member appointed to the Board December 2010.

Elizabeth Rounds Public member appointed to the Board September 2011

Damon Krytzer, Trustee Public member appointed to the Board December 2010.

Vincent Sunzeri, Trustee Public member appointed to the Board December 2010.

Andrew Lanza Public Member appointed to the Board April 2011.

Pete Constant Non-Voting Member, appointed March 2011.
