Policy
The investment portfolios of both the Pension Plan and the OPEB Health Care Trust are governed by their respective Investment Policy Statements (IPS). The IPS details the investment philosophy and process for the portfolio, as well as any investment restrictions. The Placement Agent Disclosure Policy is an additional policy that regulates the disclosure of information about Placement Agents used by External Managers; the accompanying Placement Agent Disclosure Form applies to both the Pension Plan and Health Care Trust and is required for compliance with the policy.
